Welcome to Transinterpret
The LEADER+ cooperation project Transinterpret was concluded in 2007 (in Germany) and 2009 (in Greece). This website is not maintained any more. The results gained by Transinterpret have been introduced into the new professional association Interpret Europe which will build on the project's finding and further develop its approach to foster quality in European heritage interpretation. |
Our transnational cooperation worked to improve the experience of:
- the diversity of Europe's regions,
- their natural and cultural heritage, and
- their regional identity
through attractive thematic routes, interpretive trails, exhibitions and guided tours.
Transinterpret partners particularly value the on-site interpretation of original objects, opening up new perspectives and providing deeper understanding to visitors.
